Hillary's Fourth FEC Report Lies Again- Now About Spider Man Creator Stan Lee's $225k Non-Donation

Why is it that no one in the media has bothered to analyze the aspiring presidential candidate from New York's just amended FEC report, filed on January 30, 2006. So far it has been met with complete media silence. This extraordinary fourth false FEC filing, New York Senate 2000's amended October 2000 Quarterly Campaign Report, required by the FEC to settle Peter Paul's complaint for campaign finance fraud, continues to misreport the origin and amount of Paul's $1.2 million plus contribution to Hillary's campaign!

As part of their agreement to settle the FEC finding that Hillary's Joint Fundraising (soft money) committee filed false FEC reports, hiding more than $721,000 of Peter Paul's contributions to Hillary's campaign, treasurer Andrew Grossman filed the amended report on January 30, 2006, perpetuating the fraud begun by Hillary herself days after Event 39 was first reported in the Washington Post in August, 2000. Hillary's vow, on August 15, 2000 in the Washington Post, through her spokesman Howard Wolfson, that she would not accept any contribution from Peter Paul has now been admitted by her campaign to be a bold faced lie to the voters.

Not only did Hillary accept more than $1.6 million in total contributions from Paul before the vow was made (of which $2,000 was ceremoniously returned the day after the vow was published to mislead the voters that she meant to honor her "vow" not to take any donations from Paul) but Hillary attempted to squeeze another $100,000 out of Paul nine days after the vow was published. She succeeded with the help of Bill and Air Force 1 to get another $55,000 from Paul in early October, 2000.!

Most blatant in Hillary's latest effort to continue the deception and fraud that elected her to the Senate, is the false attribution of a $225,000 personal contribution from Spider Man creator ( and business partner of Peter Paul) Stan Lee.

The Amended October, 2000 Quarterly Report provides that Stan Lee personally contributed $225,000 to event 39.

This attribution of a quarter million dollar personal donation, the biggest reported by New York Senate 2000, is made despite Stan's repeated testimony under oath that he never intended to make any contribution to Hillary Clinton's campaign, or any other campaign for that matter. Now, if someone in the media made any effort to investigate why Stan Lee was now credited with making a two hundred twenty five thousasnd dollar donation, after originally being falsely credited with a $100,000 donation to Hillary's campaign in the media and in the original FEC reports, they would have learned about another aspect of this fundraising scandal that has been whitewashed and buried by all involved.

Stan Lee has testified in court appearances and in a deposition on February 23, 2005, in Los Angeles that he made NO CONTRIBUTION whatsoever to Hillary's campaign. He did say that he traded $100,000 checks with Peter Paul so he could make it appear he gave a $100,000 contribution that was used by New York Senate 2000 as a down payment to Grammys producer Gary Smith's production company for producing the gala concert. He testified he lent Peter Paul $225,000 that he paid to Paul's lend out company, Paraversal Inc, but that he never intended it to be a donation to anyone. Both the FEC General Counsel Report and the FBI affidavit presented at the Rosen trial, confirmed that Peter Paul personally gave the money that is now attributed to Stan Lee.

Yet, even though there is no record of any payment made to New York Senate 2000 by Stan Lee for $225,000, and even though Stan Lee denies making any contribution to Hillary's campaign or to New York Senate 2000, there is now another FEC report by Hillary's 2000 Senate campaign that falsey attributes $225,000 of Peter Paul's personal contribution to Stan Lee. The report that was intended by the FEC settlement to correct the deceptive public record created by three admittedly false reports madeearlier by treasurer Grossman, now presents yet another false attribution of a quarter million dollar donation by Stan "the Man" Lee that Lee has repeatedly stated under oath is not true!

While Hillary's committee clearly wants it to appear that $225,000 of the $1.2 million plus payments made by Paul's controlled companies came from Stan Lee personally, and to continue to hide the fact that more than $1.2 million came from Paul personally, she compounds the false report with the attribution of $831,000 to Paul's holding companies Paraversal and Excelsior, rather than from Paul personally, as he has maintained and has been corroborated by the FBI, the DOJ and the FEC.
