Newsweek’s “Crooked Claims” In Defense of Hillary Clinton Illegalities
We must be making some progress in our effort to break the media blockade surrounding Paul v Clinton et al and its evidence of illegalities directed personally by Hillary Clinton with Bill’s help, that won Hillary a seat in the US Senate and allowed her to avoid accountability ever since. Since 2001, Hillary Clinton’s corruption of all branches of government that investigated Peter Paul’s complaints of the personal illegalities directed by Hillary to win and keep her Senate seat have resulted in: a sham trial of Hillary’s finance director, a federal judge, appointed by the Clintons, who publicly “threw” a criminal trial and a federal prosecutor who misrepresented material facts to a jury in the case he was prosecuting in order protect Hillary. The icing on this corrupt cake has been the actions by the FEC in enabling Hillary’s ongoing illegalities (as specifically described by the DOJ prosecutor- denying the public’s right to know of Peter Paul’s $1.2 million personal contribution to Hillary’s campaign) when it allowed Hillary to file a false FEC report on January 30, 2006 which repeated the same crime described by the prosecutor as previously committed by Rosen- denying again the public’s right to know of Peter Paul’s $1.2 million contribution. This journalistic equivalent of a plugged up colostomy bag takes first prize for its pandering to Clinton apologists who believe that the Clinton Real-Politik trumps the Rule of Law, and any effort to challenge and expose clear evidence of Hillary’s blatant contempt for following the law is a right wing attack job. The most telling omission that is emblematic of the numerous misrepresentations and material omissions presented by Ms Novack’s story, is its complete silence on Hillary Clinton’s statements to the Washington Post in August 2000, before her election, that she vowed not to take any money from Peter Paul and she declared he had not given any money at all to her largest fundraising event. Then, nine days later she had her finance director fax a new demand that Paul wire untraceable securities worth $100,000 to illegally benefit her campaign through a state committee. The Department of Justice in May, 2005, told the jury in the criminal trial of Hillary’s finance director David Rosen, that in fact peter Paul was Hillary’s largest donor because he gave more than $1.2 million to pay all expenses for Hillary’s largest fundraiser, the same one Hillary assured voters through the Post that Paul had given no money at all towards! The article’s mischaracterizations are clearly intended, like the Washington Post Sunday Magazine 8000 word Cover Story in October, 2005 and the New York Times 3000 word story in March, 2005, to insulate and sanitize the impact of Paul’s exposure of the felony contribution solicitations and coordinations conducted by both Clintons to induce Paul’s $1.2 million expenditures and to minimize the impact of the discovery and trial to be set in the Clinton civil fraud case pending in Los Angeles in early 2008.
Today, seven years after Robert Novak broke the story of Peter Paul’s claims against Hillary Clinton’s election fraud, Newsweek finally deigned to publish a story on the subject. Crooked Claims About Clinton, outsourced by Newsweek to Factcheck.org’s disgraced Time Magazine reporter Viveca Novack, pretended to debunk the recently released unedited 13 minute trailer of the 63 minute unfinished documentary Hillary! Uncensored and Peter Paul’s 7 year crusade to expose Hillary’s frauds to the American people.” alt=”Indictment of Hillary’s Finance Director in NY Post” />” alt=”null” />

1 Hour Documentary on Hillary Clinton Released on Pay Per View The revelations of former Bush press secretary Scott McClellan that his former boss and the top members of his administration conspired to cover-up their outing of CIA operative Valerie Plame to the media has resonated with the mainstream media pundits. They used this confession of a White House insider to focus on the moral bankruptcy of the Bush administration and the President himself. Yet revelations by a Clinton insider that the public record and court transcripts present a compelling case that Hillary and Bill Clinton corrupted the Chief of the Department of Justice’s Public Integrity division, Noel Hillman, and the federal judge, A.H. Matz, they appointed in Los Angeles, to protect themselves from prosecution for a massive illegal campaign contribution the Clintons solicited, coordinated and finally coerced from Peter Paul. Matz made unprecedented prejudicial remarks to the jury before the trial began that made it impossible for them to ever find beyond a reasonable doubt the defendant was guilty! The judge also made what turned out to be false statements to the jury about Hillary Clinton’s personal involvement in the case (as confirmed by videotapes that were held by the government until two years after the Rosen trial. The Department of Justice and FBI’s sworn evidence in the criminal election law fraud trial of David Rosen in 2005 established that Peter Paul personally contributed more than $1.2 million dollars to Hillary’s campaign and that Hillary Clinton’s false statements to the media and federal investigations denying that fact enabled her to win two elections to the US Senate and avoid prosecution. The cover-up- that was enabled by the FEC when they entered into a settlement with Hillary’s campaign in January, 2006- joined the FEC in hiding the basic information of who Hillary’s largest donor was and how much he gave to her campaign- a crime that the Department of Justice believed should have landed David Rosen in jail for 15 years!
